Lets Get your WETT Inspection Started

The inspection fee is divided into two payments. A $150 pre-payment is invoiced prior to the inspection to confirm your appointment. The remaining $225 is invoiced once the WETT inspection report has been completed ready to issue.

Inspections are conducted in accordance with the standard Level 1 WETT inspection format, as required for insurance and real estate purposes. This consists of a non-invasive visual assessment of the readily accessible components of the wood-burning appliance and chimney system, including installation, clearances to combustibles, visible condition, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Whether a WETT Report is for a homeowners peace of mind, the sale/purchase of a property, or your insurance agency wanting to make sure a wood burning system is safe to use, we understand that the goal is the same: a report that demonstrates code-compliance and reflective of a safe system. We share this goal.

While code compliance cannot be guaranteed, inspections are professional and conducted in accordance with WETT standards and building codes. We believe a good WETT inspection process and report is not only thorough, but clearly communicated.
